Founded by Everett Mays, Ohr Global Wellbeing was born from a simple belief: wellness should be accessible, natural, and convenient for every family.
After witnessing the challenges expectant and new mothers face in finding quality, certified wellness care, Everett launched Ohr - our flagship brand offering professional at-home spa services across the UAE.
Today, Ohr Global Wellbeing is expanding to bring natural products and lifestyle solutions to families throughout Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and beyond. We're building a family of brands dedicated to holistic wellness, sustainable living, and making quality care accessible to everyone.
Meet Estela
IT'S ME, ESTELA!
I’m a functional medicine-informed weight loss coach for women who are ready to lose weight, manage stress, and finally reclaim their energy.
I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern California and am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. With 20 years of experience in healthcare—from serving as a Navy Corpsman to working in critical care and primary care—I’ve supported patients in combat zones, humanitarian missions, and hospital settings around the world.
Military leadership taught me clarity, compassion, and grit. Combined with clinical expertise, it allows me to coach women with strategy, empathy, and precision—helping them lose weight, reduce stress, and reclaim energy with simple, sustainable lifestyle changes.
My passion for root-cause healing led me to functional medicine. I’m certified in NASM personal training and hot yoga/barre, and I’ve taught yoga in the U.S., Japan, Australia, and Africa—helping women feel strong, confident, and empowered.
Today, I work as a strategic weight-loss coach for women ready to prioritize themselves. I help my clients uncover the root causes of their symptoms and create a simple, personalized blueprint to lose 20–40 lbs and regain their energy for a vibrant, fulfilling life.
Meet Farah Habashi
Farah Habashi is a highly dedicated wellness professional specialising in safe, effective, and personalised care for women and children. Her work focuses on supporting recovery, mobility, and long-term physical wellbeing through a holistic and compassionate approach.
She offers a wide range of therapeutic and fitness-based services including physical therapy, aqua therapy, fitness training, cupping therapy, and swimming lessons for both children and adults.
Each session is carefully tailored to build strength, improve movement quality, and encourage confident, pain-aware mobility in both water-based and land-based environments.
Farah’s approach is client-centred and attentive, ensuring comfort, safety, and sustainable progress at every stage of care, while empowering clients to move with confidence and ease.
